1. First-Session Refund Guarantee
Jolly Phonics Online offers a one-time, first-session refund to enrolled participants under the following strict and non-negotiable conditions:
- You must have attended the first live session in its entirety. Non-attendance, partial attendance, or late joining does not qualify for a refund under this clause.
- You must submit a written refund request by email on the same calendar day as your first session. Requests received after 11:59 PM IST on the day of the first session will be rejected without exception.
- The email must be sent exclusively from the registered email address provided at the time of enrolment. Requests from unregistered email addresses will not be processed.
- The email must clearly state: your full name, the course name (Basic or Advanced), your registered mobile number, and your reason for requesting a refund.
- Refund requests submitted via WhatsApp, phone call, SMS, or verbal communication will not be accepted under any circumstances. Only written email requests are valid.
⚠ Strict Deadline — No Exceptions: Once the first session day ends at 11:59 PM IST, the refund window closes permanently. No request will be considered after this point, regardless of the reason, circumstance, or communication channel used. This policy is strictly enforced.
2. How to Submit a Refund Request
All refund requests must be submitted by email only, using the following details:

Upon receipt of a valid refund request, Jolly Phonics Online will acknowledge receipt within 2 working days and communicate the outcome of the refund decision in writing.
Note: Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval. All requests are reviewed against the conditions outlined in Section 1. Requests that do not meet all stated conditions will be declined.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
⚠ Strictly Enforced
No refund will be issued under any of the following circumstances, without exception:
- Refund request is submitted after 11:59 PM IST on the day of the first session — even by one minute
- Participant did not attend the first session and is claiming a refund based on non-attendance
- Participant attended the first session but joined late or left early
- Participant has attended more than one session of the enrolled programme
- Course materials, handouts, worksheets, or recordings have been accessed, downloaded, or saved
- Participant missed sessions due to personal reasons, travel, illness, internet issues, or any cause outside Jolly Phonics Online's control
- Participant rescheduled their batch start date after original enrolment
- Refund request was made via WhatsApp, phone call, SMS, or any means other than the registered email address
- Course content has been shared, forwarded, or disclosed to any third party
- Partial completion — no pro-rata or partial refunds are available under any circumstances
- Change of mind, scheduling conflict, or personal circumstances after the refund window has closed
- Dissatisfaction arising from content covered in sessions after the first
- Technical issues on the participant's end (device, internet connection, software)
- Participant was removed from the programme due to a violation of course conduct terms
4. Batch Cancellation by Jolly Phonics Online
In the rare event that a scheduled batch is cancelled by Jolly Phonics Online before the batch commences, enrolled participants will be offered either:
- A complimentary transfer to the next available batch at no additional cost, or
- A full refund of the course fee, processed within 14 working days to the original payment method
Jolly Phonics Online is not liable for any indirect losses, travel costs, accommodation, time loss, or consequential damages of any nature arising from a batch cancellation or postponement.
5. Rescheduling & Batch Transfer
- A one-time batch transfer may be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled batch start time, subject to seat availability.
- Batch transfers are not guaranteed and are granted solely at the discretion of Jolly Phonics Online.
- No refund will be issued if a participant is unable to attend their transferred batch, for any reason.
- Second or subsequent transfer requests will not be entertained.
- Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via the registered email address.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a bank, card issuer, or payment platform without first contacting Jolly Phonics Online and allowing a resolution period of 14 working days constitutes a material breach of this policy.
In the event of an unauthorised or premature chargeback, Jolly Phonics Online reserves the right to:
- Immediately and permanently revoke access to all live sessions, course materials, recordings, and resources
- Permanently bar the participant from enrolment in any future Jolly Phonics Online programme
- Dispute the chargeback and provide all relevant documentation to the payment processor
- Pursue recovery of disputed amounts through appropriate legal channels under Indian law
Important: Please contact us before raising any dispute. We are committed to resolving all genuine concerns fairly, transparently, and promptly within the stated resolution period.
7. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days of the date of written approval by Jolly Phonics Online.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. Refunds to alternate accounts, UPI IDs, or payment methods will not be made.
- Transaction fees, payment gateway charges, or processing fees charged by third-party payment providers are non-refundable in all cases.
- Jolly Phonics Online is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or financial institutions once a refund has been initiated on our end.
- The participant will receive written confirmation once the refund has been processed.
8. Intellectual Property After Refund
The issuance of a refund does not transfer, licence, or assign any rights to course content, session recordings, handouts, worksheets, or materials of any kind. All such content remains the exclusive intellectual property of Jolly Phonics Online / Jolly Reading.
Following a refund:
- The participant must immediately cease use of all course materials
- Any downloaded, saved, or shared materials must be permanently deleted
- Use, reproduction, distribution, or sharing of course content is strictly prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement under the Copyright Act, 1957
- Violations may result in civil and/or criminal proceedings under applicable Indian law
9. Governing Law & Acceptance
This Refund and Cancellation Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, including applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Any disputes arising in connection with this policy or any refund claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
By completing enrolment and making payment for any Jolly Phonics Online programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy in its entirety. Ignorance of this policy will not be accepted as grounds for an exception.
